Getting back in the zone.

10 weeks till Spring Break.

Woo! 




Things I can eat in the next week or so:

Fruits (not bananas)

Egg whites 

Turkey slices (no more than 3)

Most vegetables (no chicken on salads. no dressing.)

Frozen yogurt

Sugar-free gum

Splenda and coffee

Splenda and tea (?) if I’m craving juice.

DIET SODA <3 

Things I most definitely can NOT eat:

Sweets 

Bread

Rice

Spaghetti

Juice/Sugary drinks



Too scared to check my weight.

But I’m assuming I’ve destroyed all progress by now.

I’ll say I’m starting back at 138 now. (That might even be generous, really.)

Fasting today, and tomorrow possibly.

Then keeping under 800 and 500 the rest of the week (switching off days.)

I think I should be able to handle that.

I hope I have the courage to check my weight in a week. or two.
